Shops on different platforms have different treatment methods.
As far as Wish is concerned, if the seller makes a judgment in default, the frozen fund instruction after losing the case will be sent to Wish, and Wish will transfer the deducted part from the seller’s account to the law firm.
AliExpress is different, because AliExpress’s funds are deposited in Singapore banks, so if the seller is absent, the law firm will naturally not get the account.
But Paypal is not so lucky, because Paypal’s funds are deposited in Bank of America, so if the seller is absent, the court will let Paypal directly transfer all the funds in the seller’s account. However, accounts that have not been sued, such as eBay, can continue to operate.
As for Amazon, if the seller is absent, all the balance of the account will be transferred directly to the law firm. (There is no example to prove it, which is uncertain)
