Brand introduction:
The plaintiff’s brand Happy Bee is a yellow foam bee with three black stripes on its body, with a total of six legs (two from the chest and four from the abdomen) and a pair of gray wings. There is an anthropomorphic “smiling face”, with two black tentacles at the top and a black stinger at the bottom.
According to the complaint, mainly copyright protection, the cartoon image of Burt’s Bee and official website’s picture can definitely not be used directly. If the appearance is not exactly the same as the plaintiff’s product but very similar, the law firm may also sue:
