In addition, the seller has to hand in the reply memo before August 7. If he can’t reply or submit the answer, he will default to legal proceedings and wait for execution.

According to relevant information, the sued seller did infringe the appearance and trademark rights of Adidas, which is a football product launched by Adidas. However, the seller revealed that his temporarily banned shop funds have so far amounted to about $9,000, which will inevitably lead to problems such as inventory backlog. Not only that, the seller also needs to spend $1,500 to find a lawyer to ask for a settlement, but this can only unfreeze 20% of the funds.

Fortunately, however, although the sales of football and clothes in this store have been restricted, the rest of the goods can still be marketed normally, even though this store has involved 83 shops with infringing goods, including 68 shops in eBay and 15 shops in Amazon. Because the court has not yet sent a final order for titles, and most of these shops are from China, the seller can still sell normally.

Cases accepted by GBC law firm

Among the cases that Keith accepted, one was sued for having the word “True-Touth” on its product, and its account was permanently frozen, and the amount of detained funds was as high as more than 200,000 US dollars. This kind of punishment is beyond imagination. Unsurprisingly, on July 9, another seller was sued for infringing the Pink-Floyd brand. The case contained 943 accounts, but most of them were complaining Wish sellers.
